How To Cook: |

1. Split the steak in half without cutting it right through, put in a baking dish, season with pepper, salt and nutmeg.

2. Cut the bananas in pieces, lay them inside the steak, sprinkle with sugar and close up the steak.
|
3. Lay the bacon on top and secure with skewer or cocktail sticks.
|
4. Add a little water and bake in a moderate oven (375°F) for about ½ hour, basting occasionally.
|
5. Serve with parsley.
