What You Need: |

Coconut
3 teaspoons caster sugar
1 tablespoon gelatin
3 egg whites
¼ pint of cream

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Grate a coconut and extract the milk from the flesh.
|
2. Add caster sugar and gelatin and beat for a few minutes.
|
3. Beat egg whites stiff with cream then whisk the whole together.
|
4. Chill thoroughly.
