Egg And Yam Fritters
What You Need:
  • 1 slice of raw white yam
  • Salt
  • 1 pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tomato, finely chopped
  • Deep fat for frying
  • ¼ onion, finely chopped

  • How To Cook:
    1. Grate the yam, add the pepper, tomato, onion and salt to taste.

    2. Add the beaten egg and mix all together.

    3. Form into small balls and fry in the hot fat.

    4. Drain well and serve hot.

    5. Grated potato could be substituted for the yam.
