1 cup fish stock
1 pound white fish
4 peppercorns
3 cloves
Salt and pepper
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon flour

How To Cook: |

1. Simmer the fish in the liquids with the flavorings until done.

2. Thicken the liquid with a little butter and some blended corn flour and pour over the fish.
