Fried Whitebait

What You Need:
  • 7 oz whitebait
  • 5 tablespoons semolina
  • 1 pint olive oil

  • How To Cook:
    1. Roll the fish in the semolina and fry in the boiling oil, shaking the pan, until they are slightly browned all over.

    2. Serve seasoned with salt or lemon, as preferred.
