What You Need: |

8 oz peanut butter (or roasted groundnuts ground to a paste)
Hard-boiled eggs and okra to garnish
1 large onion
6 medium-sized tomatoes
Seasoning to taste
1˝ pints chicken stock

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Simmer all the ingredients until tender, pass the soup through a fine sieve and season to taste.
|
2. Garnish with slices of hard-boiled egg and okra.
