What You Need: |

2 tablespoons olive oil
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
½ pound minced meat
Salt and pepper
1 large chopped onion
2 teaspoons tomato puree
2 large chopped tomatoes
½ - ¼ pint stock
8 oz rice

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Heat the oil and saute the meat, onion and tomatoes.
|
2. Add the rice and seasonings, stir in the stock and cook slowly over a low heat with the lid on until the rice is thoroughly cooked.
|
3. A tomato sauce can be served as accompaniment.
