2 good cups groundnut flour
2 tablespoons root vegetables (turnip, parsnip, carrot)
1 egg
Salt and pepper to taste
Oil for deep frying

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Mash cooked root vegetables (turnip, parsnip, carrot) and mix with groundnut flour.
|
2. Add egg, salt, pepper and other flavorings or seasonings if desired.
|
3. Heat some oil for deep frying.
|
4. Roll the quenelles in fine breadcrumbs and drop one by one into the oil; fry till golden-brown and drain well.
|
5. Serve hot.
