What You Need: |

3 tablespoons sugar
2½ tablespoons butter
2 eggs
Juice of 1 lime
1½ cups flour
2¼ teaspoons baking powder
A few chopped groundnuts

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Cream the sugar and butter; add the well beaten eggs and the lime juice, then the flour and baking powder.
|
2. Pour into a lined cake tin, sprinkle the chopped groundnuts on top and bake in a moderate oven (375°F).
