How To Cook: |

1. Wash and soak the apple rings and prunes for an hour or two, then chop the apple rings, removing any core and stone and chop the prunes.

2. Brown the onions in the oil or fat, add the curry powder, cook for a few minutes, and then add about 1 cup water and simmer.
|
3. Add the chopped meat (from which all the fat has been removed), fruit, lemon juice and salt.
|
4. Stir for a while, cover and simmer for 2-3 hours, adding water if necessary.
|
5. Just before serving add the nuts.
|
6. Serve with dry boiled rice and chopped banana.
|
