How To Cook: |

1. Scoop out the granadillas and boil with enough water to make a pint when strained.
|
2. Add the sugar and gelatin and bring to the boil.
|
3. Strain into a basin and when beginning to set beat it for 20 minutes until light and frothy.
|
4. Add the well-beaten egg white to the mixture and put into a mould to set.
|
5. Serve with cream.
