How To Cook: |

1. Cut the top off the pineapple or melon, then remove and dice the flesh. (If pineapple is used, soak it overnight in sugar syrup.)

2. Mix the sugar syrup with the diced fruit and the grapefruit segments, and then add the whisky.
|
3. Put in the fruit shell and serve with cream or ice cream.
