Nigerian Jollof Rice
This dish is always eaten at weddings and at Christmas.
What You Need:
Rice
Salt pork
Beef
Chicken
Onions
Tomatoes
Seasonings with herbs
Oil
Cabbage
Peas
How To Cook:

. This consists of raw salt pork, beef and chicken cooked together with onions, tomatoes, tomato puree, seasonings and herbs.

. Oil and rice are also included.

with dressed, boiled cabbage and peas.
