What You Need: |

1 medium-sized pawpaw
1 medium-sized pineapple
Juice of 1 lemon
Sugar

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Skin pawpaw (not quite ripe) and remove pips; peel pineapple.
|
2. Put both through a mixer, add the lemon juice and measure the quantity.
|
3. Add an equal quantity of sugar and boil for about 20 minutes, till a little will set when tested on a cold plate.
