1. Chop the onions into small pieces and brown them in a clay pot on the fire.

2. Stir constantly. Add the oil.
|
3. Wash, peel and quarter the potatoes and add them to the pot.
|
4. Cut the green peppers in halves; remove the seeds and add the flesh to the potatoes.
|
5. When the potatoes are cooked, add the salt, then the spices.
