1 pound fresh fish
6 peppercorns
˝ pint vinegar
Salt
6 cloves

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Put the fish in a deep dish and bake till cooked through.
|
2. Put the vinegar in a saucepan with the spices and salt to taste and boil for 10 minutes, strain the liquid over the fish and allow cooling.
|
3. Serve cold with salad.
