What You Need: |

7 oz butter
2 oz cornflakes
3 oz sugar
˝ teaspoon vanilla essence
6 oz flour
Chocolate icing
1 tablespoon cocoa
Walnuts, shelled

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Cream the butter and sugar and add the flour, cocoa, cornflakes and vanilla essence.
|
2. Pile in small heaps on a greased baking sheet and bake in a moderate oven (350°F) for 15-20 minutes.
|
3. When cool, ice with chocolate icing and decorate each with a walnut half.
