Banana Dumplings

Green bananas
Salt to taste
Boiling water or milk
|

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Grate some green bananas and add salt to taste.
|
2. Drop by tablespoonfuls into boiling water or milk and poach for 20 - 30 minutes.
|
3. Eat as an accompaniment to roast duck, pork or other meat, or with sugar or jam.
