Banana Jam
What You Need:
  • 2 pound bananas, peeled and cut small
  • Grated rind and juice of 2 lemons
  • 1˝ pound white sugar

  • How To Cook:
    1. Mix all the ingredients together and boil rapidly, stirring constantly.

    2. When dark red in color, the jam is cooked.
