How To Cook: |

1. Mix 1 breakfast cup water with the lemons juice and sugar to taste; bring to the boil and slice into it ripe bananas.
|
2. Simmer until the bananas are soft, and then stir in a little corn flour blended to a paste with cold water and simmer for 10 minutes.
|
3. Pour into a mould, chill and serve with thick coconut cream.
