How To Cook: |

1. Make some short crust pastry, roll out and cut into 4-inch squares.

2. Place ˝ a banana on each square, sprinkle with sugar, coconut and nutmeg and roll up, sealing the ends well.
|
3. Place in a baking tin, dot with butter, sprinkle with sugar, prick well and bake in a slow oven (300°F).
|
4. Serve with cream or custard.
