What You Need: |

1 large onion, finely chopped
˝ cup tomato sauce
˝ tablespoon prepared mustard
1 oz butter
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 cup water
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 sticks of celery, chopped
Juice of 1 lemon
2 tablespoons piquant table sauce
Salt and cayenne pepper

How To Cook: |

1. Fry the chopped onion in the butter until brown.

2. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes.
|
3. Serve with any kind of barbecued meat or chicken.
