Chicken Casserole
What You Need:
Chicken meat from the bones
Flour
Butter
1 medium-sized onion
2
tablespoons
rice
1 pint coconut cream
How To Cook:
1
. Strip the meat from the bones and roll it in flour, then fry brown in butter.

. Put into
casserole
with finely chopped onion, rice, a little green chili and coconut cream.

. Cook for 1 - 1½ hours in a moderate
oven
(350°F).
