What You Need: |

1 small can of passion-fruit pulp
3 eggs
2 teaspoons sugar
2 teaspoons gelatin
¼ pint hot water
Juice of 1 lemon
¼ pint milk
Whipped cream, halved grapes or glace cherries for decoration

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Beat the egg yolks, place the yolks and sugar in a basin and beat lightly.
|
2. Dissolve the gelatin in the water and add to the mixture, with the lemon juice and milk; stir in the passion-fruit pulp.
|
3. Leave to stand until on the point of setting, then whisk well.
|
4. Lastly, fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites, and then pour the mixture into a glass dish or individual glasses and chill well.
|
5. Serve with whipped cream, decorated with halved grapes or glace cherries.
