1. Slice onion and mash cloves of garlic; fry these together until light brown.

2. Add the meat of a crab and cook for about 5 minutes.
|
3. Beat eggs well, add water and stir into the mixture in the pan.
|
4. Turn carefully and when the egg is cooked dish up, sprinkle with pepper and salt and garnish with parsley.
