Meat cutlets
Egg
Breadcrumbs
Bacon
Bananas

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Dip the cutlets in egg and breadcrumbs and place in a baking dish lined with buttered paper.
|
2. Place a roll of bacon on each cutlet.
|
3. Cook in a moderate oven (350°F) for 15 minutes.
|
4. Before serving dip some peeled bananas in egg and breadcrumbs, add to the cutlets and finish cooking.
