How To Cook: |

1. Peel and cut eggplants and onions into small pieces, add salt and a little water and cook till soft; drain well.

2. Add butter, curry powder, allspice, ground cinnamon and a pinch of ground nutmeg.
|
3. Mix well and simmer for ¼ hour.
|
4. Serve with steak or cold meats.
