How To Cook: |

1. Mince some cold cooked chicken as finely as possible.
|
2. Add a quarter of its weight in breadcrumbs and chopped parsley, with pepper and salt to taste, and beaten egg to mix.
|
3. Form into small balls, dip into more beaten egg and roll in breadcrumbs, then fry in lard or dripping until brown all over.
|
4. Serve with boiled rice.
