Fudge Cake
What You Need:
  • ¼ pound sugar
  • ½ pound chopped nuts
  • ¼ pound butter
  • ½ pound crushed biscuits (semi-sweet)
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa
  • 1 egg, beaten

  • How To Cook:
    1. Heat the sugar, butter and cocoa together, until melted.

    2. Add the egg and cook gently till thick, then pour on to the nuts and biscuits.

    3. Press the mixture into a tin; allow setting and then cutting into fingers.

    To Make: 1 cake
