What You Need: |

Lolo from 4 coconuts
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
2 small cups sugar
2 teaspoons bicarbonate of soda dissolved in ½ cup warm milk
3 eggs
4 small cups flour
6 teaspoons ground ginger
¾ cup golden syrup

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Beat the Lolo and sugar and add the eggs.
|
2. Sift in the dry ingredients, and then add the soda and milk and finally the syrup.
|
3. Bake in a moderate oven (350°F) for about 35-40 minutes.
