How To Cook: |

1. Make the pastry.
|
2. Mash the banana and mix well with the apple, lemon juice, raisins and sultanas.
|
3. Roll out the pastry thinly, and cut into triangles with approximately 4-inch sides.
|
4. Place a spoonful of the fruit filling on to each triangle, brush the sides with a little beaten egg and fold the three corners into the centre.
|
5. Brush with egg and sprinkle with granulated sugar.
|
6. Place on a greased tray, and bake in a moderately hot oven (400°F) until golden-brown.
