Oyster Fritters
What You Need:
  • 4 oz flour
  • Seasoning
  • 1 egg
  • 1 dozen oysters
  • ˝ pint milk
  • Deep fat for frying

  • How To Cook:
    1. Make a batter in the usual way with the flour, egg, milk and seasoning.

    2. Mince the oysters and add to the batter mixture.

    3. Fry spoonfuls in the deep fat.
