Pineapple Jam
What You Need:
  • Pineapple
  • Lemons
  • White sugar

  • How To Cook:
    1. Allow the juice of ˝ lemon and 1 pound white sugar to each large pineapple.

    2. Cut the pineapple in very small cubes, squeeze the lemon juice over it, add the sugar and leave for 24 hours.

    3. Boil well for about 1 hour, or until it will set.
