How To Cook: |

1. Cut pineapple into small pieces, leaving out the core.

2. Mix vinegar with brown sugar, cloves, peppercorns and broken cinnamon stick (tied in muslin).
|
3. Boil for 10 minutes, add the fruit and cook till tender, then strain off the syrup and boil for 10 minutes longer.
|
4. Bottle when cold.
