Pork And Pineapple Packages

What You Need: |

2 pound fresh pork shoulder (with some fat left on), cut into 2-inch pieces
½ teaspoon ground ginger
1 can pineapple chunks, drained
1¾ teaspoons onion or garlic salt
2 seeded and quartered green peppers
1 1/8 teaspoons pepper
8 small potatoes

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Start heating the oven to moderate (350°F).
|
2. Put the pork on waxed paper, and then sprinkle with onion salt, pepper and ginger.
|
3. Cut 8 pieces of foil about a foot square.
|
4. Put on each some pork, pineapple, green pepper and potatoes, gather the foil together at the top, arrange in a shallow baking tin and cook for 2 hours.
