What You Need: |

2 coconuts
2 - 3 chopped chilies
1 grated onion
2 pound shelled uncooked prawns
Salt

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Make 4 breakfast cups of thick Lolo from the coconuts, mix with the onion, salt and chilies.
|
2. Bring slowly to the boil, add the prawns and simmer gently for 15 minutes.
|
3. Serve the prawns with or without the sauce.
