A Chilean Salad
(Salpicon)
What You Need:
2
cups
cold veal, lamb or chicken, diced
2 heads of lettuce, shredded
2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1
teaspoon
onion juice
Well-seasoned French dressing
A few mint leaves, minced
How To Cook:
1
. Mix all the ingredients and add the French dressing.

. Toss until well mixed and serve on crisp lettuce leaves.
