									| How To Cook: |  |  |  |  |  | 1. Wash and clean as many mackerel as required. 
 
 |  | 2. Take some slices of fat pork, lay them at the bottom of a pan, cover with the mackerel and add more slices of pork on top. 
 
 |  | 3. Season with plenty of salt and pepper. 
 
 |  | 4. If the pork is not fat enough, add some more fat such as pork dripping. 
 
 |  | 5. Cover, put in a slow oven (325°F) and bake slowly for 1 hour.
