Grated lemon rind
9 oz sugar
Cinnamon
8 eggs
14 oz cooked bananas, passed through a sieve
3˝ oz butter

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Beat the eggs with the sugar.
|
2. Add slowly, banana, butter, lemon rind and cinnamon, stirring carefully.
|
3. Cook in buttered pudding dish in a moderately hot oven (425°F).
