How To Cook: |

1. Cream the butter well, add the sugar a little at a time, and stir in the mashed bananas and beaten eggs.

2. Sift the flour and baking powder and mix with the rest.
|
3. Dissolve the soda in a little water, and add to the mixture, with the vanilla essence.
|
4. Mix everything well and bake in a deep oblong tin which has been very well greased, for about 50 minutes in a moderate oven (350°F).
