1. Saute the chopped onion and garlic in the oil; when brown, add the meat, cut into 1-inch cubes, the tomatoes and thyme and cook for a short time.

2. Add the butter, corn, carrot and stock and cook for about 1 hour.

3. Add the pumpkin, peas, potato, peaches, plum and apple, cover the saucepan and cook for another ˝ hour.
