How To Cook: |

1. Brown the meat in very hot oil.

2. Add the butter, chopped onion and chopped garlic and saute for a few minutes.
|
3. Add the peeled and sliced tomatoes, tomato puree, chopped sausages, white wine, mushrooms, herbs, seasonings and stock.
|
4. Cover the saucepan, reduce the heat and cook until the meat is tender-about 2 hours.
