What You Need: |

Short crust pastry
A little grated nutmeg
2 eggs
1 pint hot, but not boiling, milk
1 cup grated coconut
4 oz caster sugar

How To Cook: |

|
1. Line a pie plate with short crust pastry and bake it lightly.

2. Beat the eggs, add the other ingredients; mix thoroughly and pour into the dish.

3. Bake in a moderate oven (350°F) for about ˝ hour, or until the filling is set.
