How To Cook: |

1. Mix the fat, soft brown sugar and eggs together thoroughly. Stir in the honey and vanilla.

2. Sieve the flour and baking soda together and add to the mixture. Stir.
|
3. Chill until firm, several hours or overnight.
|
4. Roll dough into balls the size of walnuts. Place on an ungreased baking sheet.
|
5. Heat oven to moderate (350°F). Bake for 10-12 minutes or until almost no imprint remains when touched lightly with the finger.

6. When slightly cooled, put together in pairs with apricot or other jam.
