Layered Sponge Biscuits

What You Need: |

|
2 packets savoy biscuits
8 tablespoons powdered chocolate
8 oz butter
8 oz sugar
Port wine
8 egg yolks

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Mix butter, sugar and eggs.
|
2. Then add chocolate which has been dissolved in 2 spoonful of water.
|
3. Arrange a layer of biscuits dampened with a little port wine and a layer of the above mixture and so on until all the biscuits are finished, and then cover with a layer of the mixture and sprinkle with chopped toasted almonds.

4. Leave until the following day and then serve.
