How To Cook: |

1. Mince some beef very finely (it is best to put it twice through the mincer).

2. Add some finely chopped raisins and olives and season with salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar.

3. Mix well and shape into very small balls.
|
4. Egg-and-crumb, then simmer for about 10 minutes in a sauce made by simmering together chopped tomatoes, minced onion, chopped parsley and chopped garlic.

5. Add a little water and simmer for a further 30 minutes, but take care the meat balls do not break up.
