How To Cook: |

1. Saute chopped onion in oil, with chopped cloves of garlic; when brown add raw minced meat, pressing with a fork and stirring to cook thoroughly.

2. Add grated cheese, salt and pepper, oregano and powdered nutmeg.

3. Pour in a cup of milk gradually, alternating with flour, stirring all the time to avoid lumps.
|
4. Cook this mixture for about 4 minutes over a low heat, and then leave it to cool.
|
5. Shape into meat balls, roll in beaten egg and breadcrumbs and fry in oil.
