1. Saute the onions in the oil and when brown add the minced beef, pressing it with a fork to cook it thoroughly.

2. Add the tomatoes, olives, raisins and seasonings and cook for about 15 minutes over a low heat.
|
3. Add the chopped egg and transfer the mixture to a fireproof dish.
|
4. Boil the potatoes separately, mash them, and mix with butter and 1 egg and season.
|
5. Put a thick layer over the meat and bake in a hot oven (450°F) until lightly browned.
