National Stew Of Argentine

What You Need: |

|
2 pound beef cut in pieces 2 inches by 3 inches
4 cobs of sweet corn
4 potatoes
1 boiling fowl, jointed
2 onions
1 calf's foot, split in 4
4 pieces of pumpkin each cut 3 inches square
Boiling water
1˝ teaspoons salt
4 carrots
4 oz bacon cut in 1-inch squares
4 sweet potatoes
2 tomatoes
8 slices liver sausage

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Take a large pot and half-fill it with boiling salted water.
|
2. Put in the beef, fowl and calf's foot, bring to the boil and skim.
|
3. Simmer for 1˝ hours.
|
4. Now add everything else, add more water if necessary and simmer till the vegetables are tender.
|
5. Serve in 3 dishes - one for the meat, one for the vegetables and one for the soup.
