1. Cream peanut butter, butter and orange rind with the sugars till light and fluffy.

2. Beat in the egg, add the raisins and stir in the sieved flour and baking powder.
|
3. Pinch off small pieces of dough, roll each into a small ball the size of a walnut and place on an ungreased baking sheet.
|
4. Dip a fork in flour and press lines crisscross fashion on each ball.
|
5. Bake in a moderate oven (350°F) 12-15 minutes till golden.
